Our proprietary roasting process reduces microbial populations found in raw grain and also seals the seed coat which protects the germ from oxidation. This allows for extended shelf life. The result is a crunchy, nutty flavored seed with endless applications. Add texture, taste, Essential Omega fatty acids, SDG lignans and beneficial fiber to your products. Roasted Flax is an excellent alternative for people who are allergic to nuts and gluten.
